    Hourly Range: $20.16 plus 4% vacation 
    Hours/Week: Up to 24 hours/week

    The part-time Senior Support Services Officer performs a full range of administrative duties that require a thorough understanding of established functions, polices and procedures. They provide front line administrative and organizational support to Faculty/School programs. 



    Specific Responsibilities Include:

    • Providing front line support for the School and assisting the students by answering inquiries, making appointments with appropriate personnel, and directing them to proper departments when appropriate
    • Coordinating registration activities (e.g. timetables, surveys, and liaising with other departments to support these activities)
    • Assisting with the coordination, scheduling and planning of school and program-related events (such as Open Houses, industry visits, networking events, etc.)
    • Assisting the Program Support Specialist in organizing PAC meetings and other program-related activities
    • Performing other related duties as assigned



    • Completion of a one- or two-year college program in Office Administration or related field
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior clerical position or an administrative role in an office environment
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment
